Born and raised in Oklahoma, I’ve always known there was more to see than my backyard. I’ve been chasing creativity and big ideas since the days when I had to be in the house before the streetlights came on (IYKYK, haha!).

Expressing myself through creativity has always been second nature. That love for storytelling and imagination eventually led me to earn two master’s degrees—one in production and the other in creative writing.

But, life had a plot twist or two waiting for me. A stroke at 25 and seizures at 29 hit me like, “Girlllll, you need to slow downnnn!” And honestly? I needed it. That season cracked me open in the best way. I started leaning into wellness practices, deepening my faith, and doing the work to become a better, more grounded version of myself.

Somewhere along the way, I realized how faith, lifestyle, travel, and wellness all naturally intertwine to create a life that’s truly aligned with purpose.

I’m here to live boldly, serve fully, and help others do the same—with grace, intention, and dream big energy!
